Brandpa pays a flat rate of $4.50 USD per logo.

Good designers can produce a decent logo in under 30 minutes, so this typically works out as around $9 – $11 an hour.

We currently pay all designers via Transferwise.

The payouts are usually made on the 11th of every month (unless a designer requests the payment to be made earlier).
