When a domain name is submitted to Brandpa, you also need to pay a listing fee. You can submit an unregistered domain name, however, if you learn that you can no longer purchase that domain name from a registrar you saw a domain name with originally, we will not be able to refund you the listing fee.
That is why we strongly advise you don’t submit domain names that are not registered.
